Zip-Chem's D-5933NS is BMS 3-33 Approved!
Zip-Chem’s D-5933NS multipurpose airframe grease has just been added to Boeing’s BMS 3-33 as a Type 2 (aerosol) product. D-5933NS is an aerosolized version of Shell’s Aeroshell 33 grease. It’s ability to provide enhanced corrosion resistance and high load-carrying capacity is due to it being produced with a synthetic base oil; one which utilizes a lithium complex thickener.

EnviroTru 1453 is a multipurpose, ready-to-use disinfectant cleaner deodorizer designed for airline material surfaces. As it has passed AMS 1452A(required by Airbus), AMS 1453 as well Boeing’s D6-7127 it is safe to use on hard non-porous pre-cleaned surfaces.

Corrosion Protection
Zip-Chem’s Cor-Ban 27L is a chrome free alternative used in the aviation industry for static joint applications found in main landing gear, seat tracks. It is a nondrying corrosion-inhibiting compound (CIC) which is able to withstand UV exposure. Already speced to Boeing’s BMS 3-38 specs, it can also be used on Boeing’s BMS 3-27 spec applications. And Cor-Ban 27L is also approved by Airbus and Embraer.
